Make Your Wedding Big Time!

I love networking with other businesses in the wedding industry. I'm always looking for inspiration and conversation with people who have similar goals and ambitions. After working no less than 10 weddings with Cameron from Big Time Entertainment last year, we decided to have lunch to get to know each other better, and talk about our businesses and plans for the future.
Cameron is a natural as a wedding DJ. He and his roster of DJs are top notch, with a setup that both looks and sounds amazing. I've noticed Cameron is always working hard to make sure the bride and groom have the night of their lives. A good wedding DJ is doing much more than just playing music, they're responsible for keeping the party going. They provide the mics for the ceremony. He gives the photographer a heads-up before key moments. He gets people on the dance floor! Basically, a DJ can make or break your wedding. After recommending and working plenty of weddings with Big Time, I know for a fact that he delivers every time.

At lunch we talked about ways we could help benefit each other and our brides. For instance, Big Time offers a package which includes a projector playing pictures they've taken that night. When we work weddings together, I share my images for him to play on the slideshow as well. All in all, we had quite a few great ideas and I look forward to putting those in motion.
If you or anyone you know is looking for a DJ, I can personally recommend Big Time Entertainment. They not only offer DJs, but bands, lighting, photo booths, draping, and even the sparklers, bubbles, or glow sticks for your exit. Cameron is running a great business built on customer service, and I can relate to that. Seeing other wedding professionals with an equal passion for creating the ultimate wedding experience inspires me, and I just had to share my thoughts on Big Time with everyone. Thanks for reading! I'm Trevor Mercer, a wedding photographer from Columbia, SC. I've been photographing weddings for over 10 years, and as a second-generation wedding photographer, I literally grew up in the business. I'm now providing wedding photography and videography for weddings in my state and well beyond, and I'm a 2016 winner in the Knot's Best of Weddings. I decided to start a blog and share everything I've learned about weddings through the years, and I hope it helps make your wedding planning a little easier.
